The smell of spring is in the air, the Jeep Renegade is here, and the annual Easter Jeep Safari is currently underway in Moab, Utah. The nine-day event, which started as a one-day trail ride in 1967, now draws thousands of off-road enthusiasts and several stunning off-road concept cars to Moab's rocky desert landscape.
This year, the Jeep brand brings seven custom Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Renegade, and Wrangler-based concepts fully-equipped with Mopar and Jeep off-road performance parts, massive all-terrain tires, and tons of unique features.
A few throwback models appeal to vintage Jeep enthusiasts, including the bright blue Jeep Chief, a throwback to the 1970s-era Jeep Cherokee, and the Jeep Staff Car, which features a likeness to the original military Jeep vehicle, the Willys MB.
